Tuesday 18:30 start @ Grant Park Cricket Pavilion
Thursday 18:30 start @ Grant Park Cricket Pavilion
Saturday 09:00 start @ Grant Park toilet block
WHAT KIND OF TRAINING IS ON OFFER?
Tuesday - Effort Session: either hill reps, endurance set or speed work
Thursday - Tempo Run: approx. 6 miles
Saturday - Effort Session: either hill reps, endurance set or speed work

IS THERE JUNIOR TRAINING?
Our Junior training is on Thursday evenings, meet at the same time & location as the adults.
Juniors need to be at least 9 years old to partake.
